Eastern Massachusetts Pagan Pride Day! Eastern Massachusetts Pagan Pride Day! Eastern Massachusetts Pagan Pride Day! Eastern Massachusetts Pagan Pride Day!

First, invite your friends, neighbors, co-workers and family! Anyone that has had questions about pagan beliefs should come and join us and learn. Word of mouth is great, and if you can, print and hang up a few posters on local bulletin boards (Always ask permission first!)

If you’d like to donate an hour of your time to help out at the event, we always gratefully accept volunteers to help man the registration table, assist with children’s activities, and many other assorted behind the scenes stuff that needs to get done to make the day a success. To volunteer, contact us.

Remember, whether you volunteer for an hour or a year, an exchange of energy takes place. You give of yourself, and you get something in return. That something could be any of the following:

  • feeling needed
  • satisfaction from accomplishment
  • sharing a skill
  • gaining recognition
  • getting to know more people in the community
  • donating your professional skills
  • demonstrating commitment to Pagan Pride
  • because there is no one else to do it
  • having an impact
  • learning something new
  • becoming an "insider"
  • being challenged
  • feeling proud
  • making new friends
  • fun!
  • earning brownie points
  • assuring progress
  • feeling good
  • being part of a team
  • gaining status
  • testing yourself
  • being an agent of change
  • standing up to be counted
  • having an excuse to do something you love

So please - stop by the information booth at PPD and ask what you can do to help out! And if you'd like to get involved over the coming year, let us know that too.
